A Message from Learning Services IT.

 

Learning Services IT has recently upgraded their Service Desk software and as such will be using that interface instead of the www.hullictlea.com website.  You will be able to access the Secure Electronic Data Transfer system from within the system, log incidents for;

 

· Learning Services IT,

· SIMS,

· City Learning Centre(s)

· Curriculum IT Support

 

Basically any IT related item that any school in Hull may have.  Shortly you will be able to order equipment from the within the system too.

If you do not have a login account yet please email “ servicedesk@hullictlea.com “ to request one, we will need your full name, telephone number and email address.  Once setup you will receive an email with the login details.  Once created you can also any requests via emailing “ servicedesk@hullictlea.com “ .

 

As slightly unrelated information please be aware that Paul Stevens has left Learning Services IT permanently and is no longer on a secondment for another section within the authority his move has been made permanent and everyone within Learning Services IT wishes him well.
