Service Desk Online
As an SLA subscribed customer, you have the ability to access a customer area of our helpdesk which allows you to:
- Log a new incident
- View current and completed incidents
- Update your current incident
At the current time you are required to use an additional login account to access the service desk online however we are looking to integrate this into the website to remove this need in the near future.
